With a career spanning over 25 years, Dawn began as a teacher, leading district-wide training sessions on differentiation strategies. To date, she has trained more than 10,000 district-level and school-based educators, garnering over 80% favorable engagement and response to content by integrating adult learning principles into each session design. Her professional learning topics are diverse and adaptable to the unique needs of your district or school.
Dawn’s professional development and training engagements vary in duration, ranging from 60-minute sessions to full-day workshops. She also offers multi-session training series on specific topics, improvement networks, problems of practice/consultancies, and train-the-trainer programs that maximize impact while being cost-effective.
